Validity

The validity of these supply conditions are related to all offers and supplies of all products which are offered online by WWW.REMIBEAUTY.COM

Prices

All mentioned prices are tax free if shipped outside the state of New York, for which case sales tax is 8.875%. The shipping-costs vary by the weight and size of the box, also the state where is going.

Ordering

You can order by means of our website (preferably), or by e-mail, telephone, fax or mail. After placing your order you will receive an order-confirmation by e-mail with an overview of your ordered products. As soon as we have received your payment, the ordered articles are shipped. If we don't receive your payment within 21 days, the order will expire. If you have any questions, concerning your order, please call us immediately at 1-(877)-837-1988. Please note: after placing your order, if there is any changes or cancellation contact us within 3 hours by phone.

Opening Accounts

When opening an account with www.remibeauty.com (starting on 10/10/10), members will receive benefit when purchase are made. These benefit varies. Some examples of benefit are receiving T-shirts, Hats, Pens, Mini bags, Fans and etc. These are offered only when available, one per purchase.

Payments

The payment can be taken by  credit card. Please enter the correct billing address when placing your order. If your information is incorrect, your order will be either cancelled or on hold without notice. When paying by money order your order will be shipped as soon as the money order is received. If your purchase is made and under review by Creditcard company, your items will be ship as soon as the completion of the review. WE CURRENTLY ONLY SHIP TO CUSTOMERS CREDIT CARD BILLING ADDRESS.

Status

Credit Card Verification: We are verifying credit card information with your bank

Shipped: Your ordered items will be shipped soon or it has been pick up by UPS.

Out for Delivery: Your ordered items is being delivered to your house.

Complete: Your ordered items has been delievered.

Delivery

When the products are in stock the delivery period will be 1 to 3 business days(Mon-Fri) (72 hours), , counted from the date that the payment is received. If an article has been sold out between the moment of order and payment and/or the product cannot be sent within thirty days, we will inform you.

We ship only within the United States and Canada. For International Shipping, we currently do not ship outside of the United States except Canada.

The shipping method for Canada : usps rate Canada only (required for Canada shipments).

Any order shipped to Canada or other countries, customer is responsible for any import taxes or fees that may be billed by customs. We are not responsible for any loss or damaged items that may result from shipping to an international country. There is No Signature Confirmation option for international shipmments.

For international orders, the receivers are responsible to pay the duties and taxes imposed by the government. The duties and taxes will be billed to the receiver.

If a customer requested a change in delivery address when the order has been shipped, there will be 12.50 USD fee. UPS charges a fee, when delivery address is changed, when items is in transit .When ordering, please make sure you have entered the corrected address. Incorrect address may lead to wrong delivery address, delivery delay, losses, and damaged goods.

All Shipment are shipped by UPS and signature required. Signature required - someone has to be home to sign for the package when received.

If customers requested the packages or products you ordered to be left at the front door when no one's home, REMIBEAUTY.COM will not be responsible for the loss of merchandise. Due to the decline in signature required that customers had requested. We recommend customers to keep the Signature Required option.

There is only three (3) attempted for delivery, after it will be returned. If you are unable to be home, you are responsible to make an appointment for Pickup at your nearest UPS store or office. If the package is returned, you will responsible for the shipping fee, and shipping charges will be deducted for shipping method (includes: free shipping, UPS rates, International rates, USPS rates etc.) that was chosen. UPS shipping rates may change due to increasing UPS domestic service fees. New shipping rates will take effect on June 07, 2009

Free Shipping (Within the U.S) is only offered to domestic standard ground service by USPS or UPS.

Signature Required - The recipient has to be home to sign for the package when received. This insures that the package has been delivered to you. There has been cases that people pickup packages from unattended apartments or houses. We highly recommend Signature Require. Please be aware we are not responsible  for packages that are left outside at the apartment or house.

UPS/USPS/FEDEX will automatically call the recipient to advise when the shipment will arrive and request that an appropriate person be present to sign for the delivery.

Declining Signature required:

If customers choose the option to decline Signature Required: the packages or products you ordered to be left at the front door when no one's home, Remi Beauty Supply Inc (www.remibeauty.com) will not be responsible for the loss of merchandise. Due to the decline in signature required that customers had requested. We highly recommend customers to keep the Signature Required option.

By choosing Signature required you are insured that the package will be delivered to the right address provided. If no one's home, UPS/USPS/FEDEX will hold the package in the UPS location and attempt to re-deliver.

If you are unable to be home to receive the package, you can schedule a pickup at the nearest UPS/USPS/FEDEX location. Please call in advance the UPS/USPS/FEDEX locations for pick up.

Returns and Exchanges

You are pleasantly requested to check at delivery if the products corresponds with the placed order. If this is not the case, you must inform REMIBEAUTY.COM as soon as possible or within seven (7) business days after the delivery; if it has been shown that the products do not answer to the order, REMIBEAUTY.COM has the choice to replace the concerning products by new products or restituting the value of the products. There is no refunds. Exchanges are only accepted if our authorization is given within 7 days of delivery, and the shipping fees are non-refundable. No exchanges or refunds on UNSEALED PRODUCTS. The packing of the product must be unharmed and where also applies that the shipping costs for returns comes at the clients expense. Hair cannot be returned or exchanged (this applies to synthetic and human hair and wigs).All (electronics) trimmers and clippers cannot be returned or exchanged, you must contact directly the manufecturer warranty department.
